Each record is a finite simple DAG, unlabelled up to ordinary directed-graph isomorphism. Edges point from operands into gates: inputs have indegree zero, every gate has two distinct predecessors, and every vertex reaches the unique sink (the output). There are no operation, vertex, edge, or port labels; fan-out is unrestricted and dead gates are excluded.

Each decompressed file contains one SageMath dig6 ASCII string per line; vertex numbers are encoding artifacts. The 9-gate/5-input list is a losslessly sorted Zstandard download to keep its 4.6 million records practical to host. The archive is intended to contain one topology per isomorphism class for each stated size. The files pass a structural and count audit, but the 2020 enumeration program and SageMath version were not preserved, so completeness cannot be rerun here. SHA-256 checksums cover the full archive. An em dash means that combination is not included.
